We confirmed that there was an issue on "No Degradation (Orb x3)" for "Refine Equipment" during the following period.
- Period -
From: November 19th at 5:00 PM (JST/GMT+9)
Until: November 21st at 1:30 PM (JST/GMT+9)
This issue affects the game balance, so we will rollback the equipment refined with No Degradation function within the period above.
- Issue Details -
Orbs were not consumed for "No Degradation" function in Refine Equipment after the maintenance on November 19th.
- Period -
From: November 19th at 5:00 PM (JST/GMT+9)
Until: November 24th at 4:30 PM (JST/GMT+9)
This issue also affects the game balance, so we will rollback the equipment refined with No Degradation function within the period above.
Rollback and Restoration
The equipment that was refined with "No Degradation (Orb x3) even once during the following period.
- Period -
From: November 19th at 5:00 PM (JST/GMT+9)
Until: November 24th at 4:30 PM (JST/GMT+9)
Please refer to the following about the details of the rollback.
- Refinement Value -
The refinement value of the equipment will be rolled back to November 19th at 5:00 PM (JST/GMT+9)
*The rollback will be applied if the equipment was refined within the period even once.
- Spina Used for Refine Equipment -
The Spina that has been used to refine the equipment with No Degradation function will be returned to your account.
- [Special Items] Used for Refine Equipment -
If you have used the following Special Items for Refine Equipment, the items will be returned to your account.
- Insurance Ticket (100%)
- Refinement Ticket (200%)
- Refinement Ticket (300%)
- Smith's Hammer
*If you have used Ores and Support Items for Refine Equipment, we will send Orb x3 to your account as the compensation.
- Note -
- The Spina, Orbs and Special Items will not be sent if the equipment doesn't meet the conditions above.
- Even if they meet The conditions, The Equipment will not be restored if you have Failed to Refine Equipment, Discarded, Traded, or Sold The equipment.
- The restoration will be applied to each character that Used Refine equipment.
- The rollback for Refinement Value will be applied to the equipment that existed in a bag or storage on November 27th at 2:00 PM (JST).

If you trade the refined equipment after November 21st at 6:30 PM (JST/GMT+9), the restoration will not be applied.
If you have received the refined equipment with the Trade function by November 21st at 6:30 PM (JST/GMT+9), we will provide individual compensation for the price you paid to receive the equipment. Please contact us from Menu > Orb Shop > Contact Us > Others by December 11th at 11:59 PM (JST/GMT+9).
We are unable to support even if you contact us after December 11th at 11:59 PM (JST/GMT+9) about the trade.
